Rene's has always been cooperative and accommodating. We appreciate their hard work and dedication to customer service. Both Chad and Ed have been ethical, trustworthy, and great to work with. They have been attentive to our needs throughout the years especially in the busiest of seasons. Mistakes that have occurred have been quickly resolved. I highly recommend contacting this company for any services you may need. Ed Garrow has always been great to work with... highly recommend.
Called Rene's to fix an electrical issue . They sent an air conditioner guy. He spent more than 3 hours trying to fix the problem and had to call his boss to troubleshoot the issue. He left and said that he would be back the next and he have some else with him to fix it. We waited most of the next day for them to show up and finally had to call to found out where they were. When they did show up they told us they could not fix the problem. They still charged us and we had to find another electrician . The next electrician came out and in less than ten minutes had it fixed. Then a couple of days later we get a bill from Rene's even though we had paid the serviceman when he was here. Called them to tell them that we had paid .They told us they would look into it and get back to us.They never did so we had to call them back. They claim that they don't have the check .So now we have to call the bank and stop payment on a check.What a way to run a railroad.
